KevinCargon.com is a public, informational website. This policy describes how the site currently operates — not how a future version might operate once new features ship.

This site does not have public user accounts, does not collect newsletter sign-ups, and does not store contact-form submissions. There is no backend database behind any public page.

The Contact page uses a direct mailto: link. When you use it, your message is sent through your own email provider — it never passes through or is stored by this website.

Like any website, the hosting and infrastructure providers used to serve these pages may process ordinary technical request data (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) as a normal part of delivering web pages. This site does not run its own analytics or behavioral tracking.

Some pages link to external services and companies (for example, Cargon, CPA, Torus AI, or GitHub). Those destinations are operated independently and are governed by their own privacy practices, not this policy.
